Most teams over-invest in lead volume and under-invest in the conversion mechanics that determine actual revenue.

Doubling leads is expensive. Doubling conversion rate is often free — it just requires discipline.

The largest conversion gains we see come from three areas: qualification rigour at the top of funnel, structured discovery in the middle, and multi-threaded follow-up at the bottom. None of them require new tools.

If your win rate has been flat for four quarters, more leads will not fix it. Better conversations will.
